3-D ART
This week working in small groups on creating packaging tape figures. Class will create installation window display to be shown downtown Pittsburg the following week. When sculptures are completed, backdrop will be dealt with. Art critique with sketch due on Monday the 9th.

Last day in class to work on Acrylic non-objective paintings will be Monday. Tuesday choose new still life material and create individual small arrangements for oil painting. Wed. - Thurs. work on composition and drawing of still life. Begin oil painting on Friday.

sketchbook due on 2/12/09 design a cd cover featuring your talent - must be original design. Last day in class to work on pop art painting will be monday. Begin clay notes on Tues/Wed quiz on Thursday, enter clay room on Friday.
3rd and 4th hour

Class will compose display on Monday for installation of jewelry pieces for the art show. Tuesday through Friday will be spent working on designs for the next jewelry project. New techniques include riveting and etching.

Monday we will install the art show at Memorial Auditorium in Pittsburg, students choosing not to attend will work on their paintings. Demonstration of altered book techniques on Tuesday.
